Very disappointed and upset with the latest result.
At
last weigh in, I had only to lose 0.5 kg to reach my mini goal of reaching 123
kg by my wife's birthday.
A quick check in on Friday morning revealed a result of 122.2 kg - a loss of 1.3 kg. A great result!
But now, 4 days later, I have gained back 0.9 kg and just missed my goal, now weighing in at 123.1 kg.
This is despite not doing anything different. I don't know if this is water retention or a full gain, but I am very disappointed.
However, onwards and upwards.
My next goal was to reach 120 kg by my birthday, which is in 19 days. This gives me a little under 3 weeks to lose 3.1 kg. Possible, but I don't really have high hopes at the moment.
I will still aim for this goal, however I will be happy if I reach 120.8 kg, as this will give me a more reachable goal of 2.3 kg, and it will also be an even loss of 10 kg.
On a positive note, I am exactly 1 quarter of the way through the process time wise, and I have lost exactly 1 quarter of the total I am aiming for, which means I am on a good track.
I just need to stay strong and keep working hard!
