An acceptable loss this week. I was hoping for a little more, but as I wasn't feeling well over the weekend, I didn't manage to get in much exercise unfortunately. Still, this is adequate and probably the minimum weekly loss I should aim for. There's only 2 months left to go until the show, so I'm still hoping to reach my goal in plenty of time. I just wish I was a little more motivated. Mini-goal: 1.9 kg left to lose by 22/9 to reach an even 105 kg. Doable, but I need to be strict with myself going forward. Lately I've found myself snacking on a few sugary treats at work, but I'm definitely not going to have any at all now.
Can I make it to 100 kg before I go see the mighty Metallica in November '25?
